Virtual Fencing Update

A quick note to let the community know that Council have started installing the virtual fencing devices.

They will finish the works early in the New Year which will include a section that hasn’t been marked out yet up from the Postman’s Track.

Cross fingers we’ll start to see less roadkill on our road from now on - it is still important to follow the signage and slow down from dusk till dawn.

The virtual fence is activated by headlights, so please spread the word - we need people to turn their headlights on as soon as it starts to get dark.
