SBCA - Notice of the Annual General Meeting - 22 September 2026

Members of the Sisters Beach community came together at Little Sisters on Tuesday 11 August for the first meeting of the Sisters Beach Community Association (SBCA) in a few years.

It was a brief meeting, with the focus on getting the Association up and running again, deciding how to sign up members and preparing to elect a new committee.

There was a really positive feel in the room, with a number of people already indicating they’re keen to throw their hats in the ring.

What happens next?

The next meeting will be the Annual General Meeting (AGM):

6.30pm Tuesday 22 September
Little Sisters General Store

At the AGM, members will elect people to the following positions:

• President

• Vice President

• Secretary

• Treasurer

Other roles may also be considered if members think they would be useful, such as Communications.

Want to be involved?

All ratepayers and other residents of Sisters Beach and surrounding areas are welcome to join the Sisters Beach Community Association, come along to meetings and follow along online.

Membership is $10 per year, per family.

To join, simply deposit $10 into the SBCA account and use your name/s as the reference.

If you’d like to nominate for an official role in the Association, join up first and then come along to the AGM.
