Do you want a say in the future of Sisters Beach?

Now is your opportunity - get involved and have your say!

At the start of June 2020, Council undertook its first round of consultation for a Settlement Strategy for Sisters Beach.

Council invited everyone to fill in its online survey - 35 people from Sisters Beach did so.

Today Council released its report on the survey results - they will now use this to prepare a Draft Settlement Strategy for Sisters Beach.

Many of us missed out on this first round of consultation (we had a lot on our mind at that time), but you can still participate. You can read the report, and start thinking about things you want included/excluded in this strategy.

The Draft Settlement Strategy will be released to the public for feedback soon (probably next month).

Everyone can and should participate and have their say.

The SBCA will email members when the feedback period on the draft strategy opens and will provide details on how you can have your say.

What is a Settlement Strategy? It’s Council’s framework for making planning decisions that can help ensure new developments contribute to making settlements more liveable and vibrant places.
